The chronological clinical course of the patient

(A) The initial surgery is performed. (B) Wound infection is observed, the wound is debrided, and antibiotic therapy administered. (C) The patient undergoes the second surgery for recurrence after 5 months. (D) The patient receives antibiotic treatment for fever of unknown origin.
