Juglone could retard glioma growth in vivo and prolong the survival time of glioma-bearing mice. a MR images showed that juglone group (1 mg/kg), as TMZ group (25 mg/kg) (P = 0.017),could also retarded glioma growth in vivo comparing with control group (P = 0.025). b Juglone treatment could improve, though less significant than TMZ, the survival status of glioma-bearing miceas compared with control (P < 0.05)
