Monitoring positions for NIRS were at striatum region of rat brain, anterior-posterior −0.5 mm and lateral +3.5 mm from bregma, under top of rat brain 8 mm (includes 1 mm rat skull). Distance between dual light-emitting diodes and photodiodes was set to 16 mm. And catheter of LDF was inserted on the top of rat brain approximately 5–6 mm
