(A) Patient’s history was characterized by sustained disease activity. Red arrows correspond to relapses, which caused disability accumulation. Red pentagons correspond to disease activity at MRI follow up characterized by new T2 lesions or T1 Gd-enhancing lesions. Lumbar puncture was performed in 2006 and 2013.
