  3. All p values are for comparisons with HC, using the Mann-Whitney rank sum test for the comparison with All MS, and using one-way analysis of variance with Dunnett's test for multiple comparisons for comparisons with RRMS, SPMS and PPMS; p values < 0.05 are considered significant.
